Specifications include, but are not limited to: Transcription Details 2.1.1 Each interview provided to vendor will: Be approximately 60-90 minutes in length Be between two English speaking individuals Be recorded with a digital audio device Be sent to the transcriptionist upon completion of the interviews at a rate of several per week (approx. 8-14 per week) between the period of November 2012 March 2013 with a slower period around the Christmas/New Years time frame 2.2.2 The transcribed interviews provided by the Vendor to ISU: Are NOT required to be verbatim Should remove words that detract from the flow of the conversation, but do not change the meaning of the statement (i.e. ummm, uhhh, etc.) Do NOT have to be proofread, but should contain minimal spelling errors/typos Be provided to ISU in a Microsoft Word document
