The Waukee Parks and Recreation Department is seeking complete project pricing for the replacement of windows as described. This includes all necessary labor, equipment, and materials required for the successful completion of the project. A dumpster for disposal of any project related items will be provided by the Contractor. Alternatively, the contractor may remove all generated trash from the site on a daily basis. In addition to the cost for windows replacement, proposers will include an estimate to repair a section of 6’ x 6’ exterior building wall. Repairs will include removal and reinstallation of vinyl siding, removal and replacement of 2x4 framing including sill plate and installation of new unpainted, textured drywall. The cost for this repair will be finalized after demolition of the damaged area.
