Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has a total of five (5) cul-de-sac zones, see Exhibit 1. Exhibit 1 identifies the cul-de-sac zones that would become the Contractor's responsibility for snow removal operations under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Cul-de-sac zones are provided so the Contractor can analyze the location and approximate scope of the snow removal services proposed under this Agreement. Additional cul-de-sacs may be added to the Agreement during the term of the Agreement. Any additional cul-de-sacs that are added will be at a prorated contract price provided on the bid form as an additional line item. During extreme snow events when excessive snowfall amounts create plowing issues, the City may request the Contractor to complete loading and hauling of snow from culde-sacs and other City infrastructure such as intersections. The City will provide access to the land for disposal of snow that is hauled from City streets and rights-of-way. Hourly rates should be included for both the loading equipment and haul trucks. These rates will include all applicable costs for this service.
