The City of Dubuque Public Works Department and Water Department request bids to meet the following requirements for asphalt patch material. Pre-mix patch material for Calendar Year 2026. This proposal also includes procuring recycled asphalt pavement from The City of Dubuque from milling projects completed and delivered by the Public Works Department and Water Department to the Plant. For the Public Works Department asphalt paving projects, no more than 20% recycled asphalt pavement may be used in HMA mixtures. Asphalt will be picked up by City as needed on demand. The successful bidder shall accept our excavated asphalt for recycling. Bid shall be for the stone requirements for the Public Works Department and Water Department for all but outsourced jobs. Bid shall be firm for the Calendar Year 2026. Deliveries shall occur within one hour upon telephone request. Bidder must be able to supply all types of stone requested.
