Specifications include, but are not limited to: For the last decade, Iowans in both the public and private sectors have struggled to find a solution to a common problem found in all states; “How do we provide a rapid response across multiple, disconnected funding sources to insure the needed capital for worthy entrepreneurial projects?� The IIICN will streamline and facilitate processes which encourage entrepreneurship and economic development. The IIICN will provide a unique consolidated review process that will provide preliminary feedback on the feasibility and advisability of the commercialization potential for a proposal and then ultimately serve as a review panel to score, rank and provide written feedback to the applicants. The process and resulting database will be designed to insure continued consideration for future funding of viable projects that meet milestones and seek to advance both the concept and the resulting companies. Clientele will be able to fast track their assistance with business processes, product development, granting opportunities, technology transfer opportunities and other services and data that support the innovation economy, all through the IIICN.
