Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Conception and Initiation Description: Shall include an on-site start-up meeting with DNR staff to review project aspirations, goals, objectives, and determine opportunities and constraints. Shall include identification of 2-3 State of Iowa Parks that will be used for baseline project definition and planning by the Contractor. Task 2: Project Definition and Planning Description: Shall include development of a documented baseline evaluation including opportunities and constraints, wayfinding use distributions and relationships, strategic connections, and proposed strategies. Proposed strategies shall include but not be limited to best practices in innovative modern wayfinding systems for a park system, integrated cohesive signage system including design templates, graphic design, regulatory requirements, and fabrication specifications.
