Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Requirements 3.1.1 Respondent shall be an authorized dealer forsnowplow and spreader brands such as, but not limited to Boss, Meyer, Western, and Hiniker. 3.1.2 Product shall be new and current model year. 3.1.3 The State of Iowa does not have a minimum order quantity of total order amount. 3.2 Bidder Requirements 3.2.1 Respondent shall provide a percentage off manufacturer’s list price. 3.2.2 Respondent shall provide a product catalog with manufacturer’s list price to their bid response. 3.2.3 Bidder shall provide installation, maintenance, and parts and accessories for the brand(s) submitted in their bid response. 3.2.4 Respondent shall not be required to bid on all the brands listed.
