Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.3.1.3 Bidder must clean all outside steps, sidewalks, entryways, drives, parking lots and loading dock areas at the time the snow removal is requested or automatically after one (1) inch or more of snowfall occurs. 3.3.1.4 All services for the stated areas must be completed before leaving the work site areas, no partial cleaning of areas will be allowed. 3.3.1.5 Sidewalks must be cleaned by snow blower, hand shoveled for rotary broom. Steps must be hand shoveled. Vehicles will not be permitted on the sidewalks, unless specifically approved in writing from the IPTV property supervisor. All sidewalks must be sanded and/or salted in all cases. 3.3.1.6 Snow removal around IPTV mobile units shall be done by hand to prevent any damage to electrical connections. 3.3.1.7 Must prevent the formation of ice. 3.3.1.8 Sand applications shall not be accepted in place of snow removal, unless specifically requested by the IPTV property supervisor. 3.3.1.9 Snow Removal must be completed by 6:00 A.M. CT Monday through Friday 12:00 A.M. CT, If snowfall occurs on weekend, lot to be cleaned no later than 6:00 A.M. CT Monday morning.
