The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) is looking for qualified vendors to provide snow removal services for fiscal year 2026. We currently own and maintain right of way properties in the specified District. Snow removal services will be needed for sidewalks and handicap ramps at the properties listed. The DOT is seeking competitive bids for snow removal services at fifteen (15) locations in District 1 of the DOT jurisdiction. Awarded contractor is required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to achieve reasonably near normal surface conditions at the end of each winter weather precipitation event as defined in the scope of work. One trip per 24-hour period would be allowed. For additional trips, approval in writing from the District Property Manager would be needed.
