Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnishing Black Hawk County with snow removal/hauling services for various County Parking Lots located in Waterloo, IA. 1. The Contractor shall remove and haul away snow that has been piled up in the parking lots by the Black Hawk County Maintenance crew. These piles will need to be removed within 24 hours of the snow event. 2. The parking lots to be maintained are as follows: a. Courthouse, 316 E 5th St, Waterloo b. Jail, 225 E 6th St, Waterloo c. Courthouse Employee Parking Lot, E 7th & Lafayette St, Waterloo d. Juvenile Court Services, 818 Lafayette St, Waterloo e. Pinecrest, 1407 Independence Ave, Waterloo 3. The snow should be hauled to the back North-East corner of the Pinecrest property, 1407 Independence Ave, Waterloo. If the Pinecrest property fills up, snow may be hauled to the Secondary Roads Department at 1329 Longfellow Ave, Waterloo.
