Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow removal services for the upcoming winter season. The services required will be for clearing all intersection ADA ramp areas in the City’s Downtown/Harrison region and for clearing bridge deck walkways in various other locations throughout the City. 1. The plowing / clearing of the ADA Ramp Areas at all intersections, and other areas as directed, in the Downtown and Harrison Street regions. The ADA Ramp Areas include the following: a. Downtown Zone: ADA pedestrian ramps within the area from River Drive to Gaines Street and 5th Street to 2nd Street. b. Harrison Street Zone: ADA pedestrian ramps along the Harrison St. corridor from Locust Street to 5th Street. 2. The plowing / clearing of Bridge Deck Walkway areas and other areas as directed throughout the City of Davenport. There is an eastern zone with five distinct groups consisting of multiple sites within each group and a western zone with four distinct groups consisting of multiple sites within each group (with the exception of group West 2 which contains only one site).
