Iowa State University (Owner) is seeking bids from companies to provide as needed parts & repair services for ISU owned (Toro & Stihl) small grounds equipment and the purchase of new pieces of (Toro & Stihl) small grounds equipment. General Information: 1) Normal delivery for parts to ISU shall be 1-2 business days. Special order items (items not stocked by Contractor) may require additional lead time and ISU will expect Contractor to provide prompt follow-up and a firm commitment to acknowledged delivery schedules. 2) One to two week delivery for special orders (non-stock) is considered acceptable. 3) Return authorizations (if required) shall be furnished to ISU within one week of request. Items authorized for return will be picked up, at no additional cost, by Contractor. Credits for returned items shall be issued within one week after pick up.
