The awarded Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for fabrication and installation of the complete City Annex signage package including interior signage and exterior lighted signage. 1.1 Interior signage shall be completed and installed by March 31, 2026. 1.2 Exterior lighted signage shall be completed and installed by April 30, 2026. 1.3 Plan set sheets (A201, A411, A421) and signage specification sheets (10 14 19, 10 14 23) are included in the Attachments section of the RFB. 1.4 The Contractor shall coordinate installation of signage with Peak Construction, the General Contractor for the City Annex project. 1.5 Pricing shall be an all-inclusive lump sum amount for the completed signage project as described in the attached plan set sheets and specifications.
