Hangar Information • Hangar: Building #2 – Electric Vault • Purpose: Aircraft storage only • Previous rental rate: $225/month Lease Terms • Term: Month-to-month from July 1 to September 30, 2025 • Rent: Propose your monthly rate (previously $225/month) • Utilities: Tenant pays all propane usage during the lease • Termination: Either party may terminate the lease with 30 days’ written notice. If terminated early, unused full months will be refunded after the notice period • Insurance: Proof of general liability insurance is required • Use Restrictions: o No engine operation or fueling inside the hangar o No fuel storage inside the hangar o Car storage permitted only during extended absences and with proof of valid auto insurance
