Specifications include, but are not limited to: Address each ramp separately in proposals – RiverCenter Street Ramp (2nd and Brady) Redstone Ramp (Main and River Dr.) and Harrison Street Ramp (Harrison and 2ndStreets). 2. Rates submitted in proposals shall be monthly rates, and we request to be billed on a monthly basis. 3. Perform mobile patrol of each level of the parking ramps a minimum of two times per night between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at random times each night, seven nights per week, including holidays. It is important that the patrol times vary night to night. 4. During patrols, visually inspect each stairwell and elevator landing on each floor. 5. Report suspicious behavior directly to the police department. Names and phone numbers of contacts for other types of events will be discussed and given to the selected vendor, as will access cards for ramp entrance and exiting.
