The following scope of services outlines services expected to be included in developing the Regional Trail and Bikeway Plan Phase Two for the Corridor Metropolitan Planning Organization. The Consultant may modify the desired scope of work presented below if, based on their professional expertise and knowledge, they can provide an approach that will more effectively address the goals of this project; however, the Consultant shall identify and explain any modifications to the requested scope. All phases identified below may be worked on simultaneously and/ or out of order. 3.1 Phase 1 - Project Management A. The consultant will work with MPO staff to manage the project to meet the items identified within the finalized scope. To meet these expectations: 1) The Consultant and MPO Staff will hold a Kick-off meeting to initiate the Regional Trail and Bikeway Plan Phase Two. 2) The Consultant and MPO Staff project manager will hold monthly check-in meetings to review the plan's progress and determine the next steps in the planning process. 3) The Consultant will have MPO Staff and member communities review documents and associated materials as needed throughout the planning process.
