The selected Realtor will be expected to provide comprehensive real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to: • Market Analysis: Provide a professional opinion of the Property's market value and suggest a competitive listing price. • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract potential buyers. This plan should include strategies such as: o Listing the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). o Placing signage on the property. o Utilizing online marketing platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com). o Direct marketing to local builders, developers, and potential buyers. • Showings and Inquiries: Handle all inquiries about the property and coordinate any necessary site visits. • Negotiation: Represent the City's best interests in negotiations with potential buyers. Present all offers to the City for consideration. • Closing Assistance: Assist the City and its legal counsel in the transaction process to ensure a timely and efficient closing, the closing to be overseen/managed by the Realtor. • Reporting: Provide regular status reports to the City on marketing efforts, inquiries received, and any offers presented.
