Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dubuque County requests a qualified vendor to provide scanning and indexing services for the types of documents listed below. The County’s objective is to scan all plans and associated documents into a digital format in order to reduce the amount of physical storage space required for such plans. The County requests competitive quotes for the following services: 1. Provide scanning of records to digital image electronic format for access and records retention. 2. Document scanning/digital image with indexing and proper orientation at 300 dpi. Document imaging/scanning services for large and small documents which shall include, but are not limited to: a. Board/Commission agendas and minutes b. Zoning case files c. Parcel maps d. Photos
