The Respondent shall provide an SDI Mathematics Professional Learning Package(s) that meets the following criteria: 4.1. Use evidence-based content aligned with Tier I or Tier II of ESSA Tiers of Evidence. 4.2. Aligns with SDI Framework 4.2.1. Components 4.2.2. Critical Features 4.2.3. Uses evidence-based, high leverage practices for mathematics 4.2.4. Uses student data from diagnostic assessments and progress monitoring 4.3. Aligns with the Iowa Academic Standards for Mathematics including the content standards and the standards for mathematical practices. 4.4. Aligns with Iowa priorities including: the Iowa Academic Standards, Iowa Teaching Standards and Criteria, Iowa Administrator Standards, and/or numeracy, high-quality instruction. 4.5. Includes professional learning goals and objectives specific to student learning outcomes and educator implementation expectations. 4.6. Utilizes research-based adult learning strategies to promote understanding of the participants, active participation, and collaboration. 4.7. Includes applications and assessments of new knowledge and skills 4.8. Gives ownership of the professional learning package to the Iowa Department of Education. 4.9. Personalizes and differentiates to meet educators’ unique learning needs and classroom contexts. 4.10. Includes a plan for ongoing coaching, networking, and/or support for educators including teachers and administrators, to implement and reflect on new practices. 4.11. Includes a comprehensive evaluation plan, including data collection and analysis.
