SCOPE OF WORK shall include Programs, Services and Policies Analysis, Parks and Facilities Evaluation and Access Audit, Site Reports, Community Engagement, Transition Plan including cost estimates in the Final Report and Presentation. To fulfill these requirements, the Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: a. Programs, Services and Policies Analysis: Evaluation of existing recreation program offerings, community services, and policies for compliance with the most current standards of Americans with Disabilities Act. b. Parks and Facilities Evaluation & Access Audit: Evaluation of existing park facilities for compliance with the most current standards of Americans with Disabilities Act. c. Site Reports: Report should note areas of concern and noncompliance as well as areas in compliance. i. Describe process(es) used to conduct ADA evaluation. ii. A list, by facility and park location, that describes deficiencies. iii. Photos of deficiencies. iv. A transition plan with recommended phasing for corrective work and recommendations of areas/items that may be left “as is” along with reasoning for these recommendations.
