Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall removal snow and ice from the parking lot of the Early Childhood Education Center.; • Once the construction of the YMCA portion of the building is complete, the contractor shall remove snow and ice from that parking lot in addition to the other work. This construction is currently anticipated to be complete in March, and the City will notify the contractor no less than seven (7) calendar days before expecting snow removal services.; • A map of the areas described above can be seen in Attachment C: Parking Lot Map; • Contractor will ensure that the parking lot is cleared and able to be used by 5:00 AM on each day where a snowfall occurs.; • Additional time to clear the snow will be allowable after 5:00 AM if snowfall is continuing during the day.; • Contractor will use sand as necessary on the parking lot to control slippery conditions.; • Contractor shall NOT under any circumstances use salt or salt based treatments on the lot.; • Contractor shall invoice and provide a monthly account of services provided to the City before 10:00 AM on the first of each month where services were performed.
