Specifications include, but are not limited to: – Noelridge Swimming Pool 2.1 General specifications • Contractor shall perform all work during normal business hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. No weekend work will be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with Jerry Kirk, Parks and Recreation Maintenance Manager. • Contractor shall complete the entire project no later than March 31, 2024, weather permitting • Noelridge Pool – estimated areas: Total paint surface of the pool vessel to be painted is approximately 15,659 square feet. Total vessel to be caulked is approximately 1,271 linear feet. • Contractor is responsible for accurately measuring the areas. • All caulk and paint products used must be those specified in the bid documents or equal.
