Iowa State University is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to furnish paper and envelope stocks on an asneeded basis, as requested by ISU Printing Services, and provide a measurable discount off list price for all other catalog paper products. This bid request will be asking for the following information: We are asking for prices on multiple categories of paper and envelopes. The categories are listed here, as well as specified in more detail below and in an accompanying spreadsheet. • Standard White Coated Paper • Standard White Uncoated Paper • Premium White Uncoated Paper • Announcement/Invitation Envelopes • Commercial Envelopes • Pastel Color Paper • Vivid Color Paper Suppliers will be awarded by these categories, based on the evaluation criteria in this RFQ. Suppliers may bid on any or all of the categories that they wish. It is possible for one supplier to be awarded one category or all categories. Please make sure you fill out your response accordingly. The contractor will need to upload the paper specification for each paper product proposed as part of their response. Swatch books would need to be provided upon request from ISU.
