Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Iowa Lottery (Lottery) is seeking bids for the replacement of outdoor electronic billboards. The Lottery currently leases seven (7) outdoor billboard locations that contain electronic display number signs in the state of Iowa from various outdoor advertising companies. The electronic display number sign portion of the billboard is owned by the Lottery and displays the Powerball jackpot amount that is frequently updated. The Lottery is seeking vendors interested in providing state-ofthe-art equipment to replace the existing electronic display number signs and the continued maintenance of the signs. The Vendor awarded the bid agrees to provide all material and labor to install, test the capabilities of uplink and programming, and provide training to Lottery staff.
