TRIO Talent Search and Upward Bound at Iowa State is in search of an online tutoring service for students in grades 7th-12th. The goal is for the tutoring service to be available to students on an as needed basis when they have questions about subject matter or coursework. The service needs to be available to students via web browser or app, and students need access to it during the school day and after school hours. This will allow students to login to the platform, post a question, and receive immediate assistance. At minimum, the tutoring platform should be equipped to address math and science concepts for middle and high school students. Tutors need to be trained, credentialed, subject matter experts availabe in live format rather than AI or chatbot technology. The ideal platform will have a data dashboard, responsive customer service, and tech support.
