Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Removal – The State of Iowa is seeking Contractor(s) to provide on-call snow removal services on the Capitol Complex. Snow and ice removal service requirements include the following: 4.1.1.1 Snow removal and de-ice services for specified areas. Specified areas may vary based on current need. See Exhibit A for current Capitol Complex Snow Removal map. 4.1.1.2 Contractor must clear all specified areas including outside steps, sidewalks, entryways, drives, parking lots and loading dock areas of snow. 4.1.1.3 All specified areas must be cleaned sufficiently of snow to prevent the formation of ice. Requirements to be determined by Facility Administrator prior to service. 4.1.1.4 Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, etc. to clear snow and de-ice specified areas.; Landscaping – The State of Iowa is seeking Contractor(s) to provide landscaping services on the Capitol Complex. Landscaping service requirements include the following: 4.1.2.1 Grass shall be maintained at a height according to species and variety. Mowing shall occur upon request of the Facility Administrator. Contractor must dispose of debris off-site. 4.1.2.2 Landscaping must include: 4.1.2.2.1 Equipment with a mulching type blade. (Grass to be mulched – no debris or discharge.) 4.1.2.2.2 Clean up of walkways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
