The Consultant will advance and complete the design of the Old Mill Road Lift Station Phase 4 Sanitary Interceptor Project (Catfish Creek South Fork) replacement and associated site civil work, as outlined in the items and tasks listed below: • The consultant will prepare construction drawings, in accordance with the SUDAS Design and Specifications Manuals and the City’s supplemental requirements. • The consultant will prepare a cost estimate for all components of the design project, in accordance with the SUDAS Design and Specifications Manuals and the City’s supplemental requirements. The consultant will use the City’s standard project workbook for the estimate. • The consultant will obtain all permits required for construction. Anticipate inclusion of regulatory review submittals to be required, including but not limited to: City Development Review Team, IDNR Wastewater Construction Permits, Floodplain permits, IDNR General Permit No 2 authorization, Erosion and Sediment Control permits, Railroad Crossings, etc. • The consultant will assist the City in the preparation and attendance of up to two public informational meetings to discuss the project scope and goals...
