Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services to be purchased include re-establishing an OCA that is responsible for, but not limited to: � Serving as a statewide resource to Adults with SMI, Adults with CMI, Children/Youth with SED and their families, the Agency, other state agencies, and providers regarding mental health services in Iowa. � Providing information and referrals, community/consumer education and one-on-one problem solving upon request from the target population and/or contract holder.� At the discretion of the Agency, the awardee may be required to provide conflict resolution. � Providing input on the development and implementation of policies and programs impacting the mental health services/systems in Iowa. � Providing an advocacy voice to stakeholder groups throughout the state with the goal of promoting awareness of consumer concerns and consumer perspectives and the consumer vision for mental health services/systems in Iowa. � Assisting Agency staff and contractors with disseminating information and gathering consumer feedback on mental health services/systems in Iowa
