The State of Iowa is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced Bidders to provide office furniture assembly, disassembly, relocation, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to, installation of new furniture, the tear down and set up of existing office furniture, relocation of furniture within or between facilities, and the handling, labeling, and protection of all furniture components during disassembly, transportation, and reassembly. The Bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform these services in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry best practices, and Agency requirements. Furniture types may include modular systems, workstations, desks, shelving, filing systems, and ancillary office furniture. The Bidder shall coordinate all work with the Agency to ensure services are performed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to normal operations. Work may be required during regular business hours as well as after hours or on weekends, depending on Agency scheduling needs.
