Dubuque County & Sunnycrest Manor and the Board of trustees are requesting bids to replace a chiller for nursing home facility. Minimum cooling capacity to be 120 tons staged cooling, scroll compressor type design, with electrical capacity of 460 three phase. • Note: Backup generator is already in place. • Electrical disconnect, reconnect, breaker size, wire size, power cabinet, phase protection, and controls to be included with bid if the existing are not compatible with the new chiller. • Chiller pumps, vfd, controls, plumbing, and chiller stand to be reused if compatible with the new chiller. If not, please specify. • Bid to include proper supply and return pipping. If reusing the supply and return pipping, bidder to verify temperature, PSI, and computability.
