Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors to provide snow and ice removal and related services for the City’s Neighborhood Services Division for two winter seasons (2018- 2019 and 2019-2020). This service contract is for two years, with one possible one year renewal. In the “Line Item” tab, we are asking for a flat fee on a linear feet basis for sidewalk snow removal and a typical sidewalk of four (4’) feet in width in four different color quadrants; and a flat fee based on square feet for snow removal for miscellaneous paved areas and parking lot surfaces. Flat fee prices submitted shall be inclusive of all: labor, materials (including de-icer), equipment, tools, utility, transportation services and all incidentals necessary for the completion of all work covered by the contract documents.
