The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (the Agency) is providing this notice of intent to release a request for proposal (RFP) on or around December 2025, to procure a Co-location Technical Assistance Provider. This procurement is to provide rural Iowa service providers with expertise, research, and technical assistance on evidence-based methods for achieving co-location, setting up agreements for cost sharing (both for physical space and staffing/care coordination), and strategizing patient flows for optimal care.
