1. Provide and install work documented, detailed and specified in Construction Documents. 2. Provide and install concrete reinforcing (rebar) as required for complete foundation system. 3. Provide excavation and backfill for foundation system. Backfill material shall be as required by contract document. 4. Provide over-excavation and backfill as deemed necessary by geo-technical engineer. 5. Provide dewatering for the work of this Bid Package as required and directed by the Construction Manager. Reference the soil borings for extent of dewatering required. 6. Reference overall schedule provided in bid documents for the start, duration and completion dates for the work within this bid package. 7. Provide all labor & material to install rigid insulation at foundation walls as required. 8. Provide waterproofing for all foundations as per plans and specifications, prior to backfill. 9. Foundations for stoops shall be included in this bid package. (Stoop caps will be by future issuance). 10. The owner will supply major building corners and one benchmark. Concrete contractor shall erect batter boards for their use and for the use by others. All surveying and/or layout beyond building corners are by this contractor, employ services of an independent surveying company for proper layout.
