1. Provide and install work documented, detailed and specified in Construction Documents. 2. Install and maintain silt fencing and erosion control measures as necessary for SWPPP. 3. DNR Storm Water Discharge and SWPPP permit/notices will be provided by Owner. 4. Contractor shall provide construction layout, staking and surveying as required for their work. 5. DNR 10-day Notice for demolition is to be by this bid package. 6. The locating of existing underground utilities, both public and private, is part of this work package before any exterior excavation can start. Repairs/replacement to existing systems damaged by this bid package to be financially covered by this bid package. 7. Abatement is by owner. Stop work and notify the Construction Manager if suspect materials are discovered. 8. Demolition of existing building/utilities/footings and foundation and removals are by this contract. Coordination with MEP Contractors, Utility companies, Construction Manager and the Owner are mandatory. 9. Clear and grub site, including but not limited to sidewalk and tree/shrub removal. Haul concrete, asphalt, debris off-site. 10. Provide cut and fill as necessary to obtain elevations on Contract Documents. Excess soil shall be hauled off-site. 11. Provide engineered shoring systems as required for excavations. 12. Provide and install granular sub-base and compaction at P.C.C. paving and slab-on-grade as required by contract documents. This grade shall be brought to within +/- 0.1'. 13. Provide dewatering as needed to perform this work. 14. Phasing and multiple mobilizations will be required for completion of Work.
