1. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to construct all pool(s), spray pads, and aquatic feature(s). This work shall include the structure(s) and installation of pool finishes as well as all products listed in the drawings and specifications herein. 2. All equipment or materials required for installation, delivery, and miscellaneous shall be provided by the Contractor unless otherwise noted. 3. The Contractor is responsible for protection of uninstalled and installed equipment and materials. 4. Provide all electrical conduit, wiring, junction boxes etc. to all low voltage (less than 110v) pool equipment per Electrical specifications. 5. Bond all conductive components of all pool shell(s) including but not limited to; anchors, equipment, and metallic components within 5’ of the pool or in contact with pool water or per NEC, whichever is more stringent. Waterslide, water feature, diving tower, and similar structures and foundations shall be bonded to the pool bonding grid. 6. Provide and install necessary piping, valves, gauges, fittings, and miscellaneous for complete piping system installation as generally shown on the drawings and specifications herein. 7. Provide housekeeping pads for each pool pump, pool heater/heat pump, and pool mechanical equipment as required by the drawings and specifications herein. 8. Start, test calibrate and adjust all equipment. Contractor shall instruct the Owner’s representatives in the operation and maintenance of all equipment and pool systems.
