Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DART marketing and communications team reports to the Chief Engagement and Communications Officer and consists of the marketing and communications manager, a marketing coordinator, a communications coordinator and a graphic designer. This team supports a variety of areas, including: internal communication, rider communication, executive communication, stakeholder communication, community outreach, rider promotions and media relations. Specific projects this team will lead in the next 12-18 months include: launch of a new mobile ticketing app, increasing ridership among unlimited access companies, distribution of a quarterly stakeholder newsletter and rebranding of the D-Line downtown shuttle followed by execution of a marketing campaign to increase awareness and ridership. The firm(s) contracted under this RFP may be expected to assist with all or some of these activities to varying degrees depending on staffing needs.
