Replace window sashes with vinyl replacement windows. Remove sash balances and insulate weight pockets. Wet scrape/wet sand sash stops/prime & paint interior & exterior of windows to match. If stops are missing/broken install new to match. Side B (W34) Wet scrape/wet sand/repair all holes & cracks in walls/prime & paint to match. Side A Install LVP flooring with a wear layer of 20 mil. Include baseshoe and transitions to match. Wet scrape/wet sand/repair all holes & cracks in walls/prime & paint to match. Side C,D Replace window sashes with vinyl replacement windows. Remove sash balances and insulate weight pockets. Wet scrape/wet sand sash stops/prime & paint interior & exterior of windows to match. If stops are missing/broken install new to match.
