Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport would like to request an itemized quote for the installation of all equipment on one City supplied 2022 Ford Expedition to be used by the Davenport Police Department as a Crime Scene Technician vehicle. Some equipment will be transitioned from an existing 2009 Ford Expedition. This equipment is listed below along with each piece of new equipment to be installed. All new equipment will be supplied by the City. Quote must include all foreseeable cost (labor, freight, shop supplies) to remove and reinstall designated reusable equipment and install new equipment in the 2022 Ford Expedition. The quote must also include a separate cost option for pick up and return of the vehicle to be stripped (unless the vendor chooses to strip equipment at our facility – see below), the pickup and return of the 2022 Ford Expedition, as well as new equipment (arrangements can be made to have some equipment shipped directly to the vendor).
