Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa State University (ISU or University) is seeking to contract with a highly qualified and experienced supplier to provide services (as detailed in Section III of this RFP) for the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS), as administrator of the Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration University Center Program (EDAUCP) in Iowa. The Economic Development Administration’s (EDA) mission is to lead the federal economic development agenda by promoting innovation and competiveness, preparing American regions for growth and success in the worldwide economy. EDA implements this mission by making strategic investments in the nation’s most economically distressed communities that encourage private sector collaboration and creation of higher-skill, higher wage jobs.
