Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services to be performed by the Consultant shall be completed in accordance with generally accepted standards of practice. The key tasks at a minimum will include: 1. Review Existing Documentation: Review as-builts, plans and specifications for the existing facility and chemical feed systems. 2. Site Visit/Kickoff Meeting: Conduct site visit and conduct necessary interviews with DMWW Engineering and Water Production personnel to discern the current operation of the SWTP facility. Site visit and subsequent discussions should review goals, address data needs, identify roles and responsibilities, establish schedule, and identify final deliverables. 3. Project Management: Provide monthly updates on design progress. Consultant should plan on at least monthly meetings throughout the Project; however, there may be additional meetings required. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions. Create and manage an overall project schedule. Consultant to lead design review meetings for each contract, to be held in person when possible.
