The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for this project. Major items of work for this project include the following approximate quantities: PCC Pavement, 7 Inch with 6 Inch Curb 650 SY; Sanitary Sewer Gravity Main, Trenched, 8 Inch 269 LF; Sanitary Sewer Service Stub, 6 Inch 155 LF; Sanitary Sewer Manhole, Type SW-301, 48 Inch 2 EA; The Contractor shall not commence road closure or initiate pavement removal activities until all sanitary sewer laterals have been accurately located in accordance with the project plans, and until all necessary sanitary sewer pipes and manholes are on-site and ready for installation.
