The purpose of this document is to set minimum requirements for removing and replacing the roof system on the Iowa PBS, KRIN-TV Transmitter building near Walker, IA. The bid shall consist of the detailed Scope of Work and cost price for the roof covering materials removal and replacement of the building roof(s) as described below, plus any additional items for other options as deemed necessary. The successful bidder shall supply all the materials, labor, and shipping (FOB Destination) necessary to provide a complete replacement and sealing of the roof. All trash generated from the project is the responsibility of the contractor to remove from the site. Replacement roof shall have greater than or equal to 15-year warranty on materials and labor.
