Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective in requesting proposals is to acquire the services of a reputable and proven supplier with a demonstrated ability to provide event security services in an efficient and professional manner. Desired services will be divided into two distinct components including in-stadium only service (including gates) and outside stadium/event services/public safety (traffic/parking). Special events take place at several locations across each campus. Overall Scope: Suppliers may submit offers on the combined two distinct components for which the Universities are seeking services, gate screening, ushering and ticketing inside stadium events and/or traffic, parking, outdoor stadiums/events. The Universities may award both event security components to a single supplier or make awards to multiple suppliers for each individual component, whichever is deemed to be in the Universities' best interest.
