Specifications include, but are not limited to: WORK TO BE PERFORMED A. Spring Irrigation Start-Up (April) 1. Check performance of all valves and sprinkler heads and clean out debris. 2. Certify cross connection device and tech start booster station. 3. Run complete system to check irrigation coverage. 4. Test for leaks. 5. Re-program irrigation controllers and train Owner on operation. B. Summer Scheduled System Check-Up (Monthly from May - September) 1. Check irrigation system to ensure it is operating at optimal performance and efficiency. Contractor shall report damage and/or malfunctions to the Owner in writing. 2. Check irrigation coverage of turf and all surrounding areas. 3. Adjustment of all heads for optimal coverage. 4. Test for leaks. 5. Re-program irrigation controllers if needed, making adjustments, and utilizing multiple start times and short run times to prevent run off. C. Winterization (October) 1. Clear all irrigation lines (blow out with air compressor), as per manufacturer recommendations. 2. Winterize backflow prevention assembly device and booster station (or removal).
