4.1 Description of Statement of Work. Iowa Outdoors magazine is a high-quality quarterly publication published by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The DNR is looking for a full-service print company to print and address each issue with the following specifications: ● QUANTITY: Variable per issue to be determined based on current subscription base, with a minimum guaranteed print quantity of 30,000, with additional copies requested in increments of 1,000, up to 40,000 copies per issue. ● FREQUENCY: Published quarterly, as Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter issues. The Winter issue is in the form of a calendar. ● FORMAT: Saddle-stitched plus-cover magazine. ● SIZE/PAPER STOCK/PAGE COUNT: Please see the grid below and provide bid estimates for each item. ● POSTAGE: Iowa Outdoors Magazine is mailed at the periodical rate. The DNR will be responsible for the postage account at the Post Office. The postage cost will not be included in your bid, just the mailing preparation costs.
