Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● QUANTITY: Variable per issue to be determined based on current subscription base, with a minimum guaranteed print quantity of 35,000 up to possibly 45,000 copies per issue. ● FREQUENCY: Published quarterly, as Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter issues. The Winter issue is in the form of a calendar. ● FORMAT: Saddle-stitched plus-cover magazine. ● SIZE: Finish size of 3 issues is 8.5 x 11 inches; finish size for Winter calendar issue is 9 1/4 inches by 12 inches. ● PAGES: 3 issues are 64 pages plus cover; the Winter calendar issue is 32 pages plus cover ● STOCK: ○ 3 issues: Covers are 100 # No. 3 grade gloss text, recycled 1 O percent pew. Inside pages of content issues are 60 # No. 3 grade gloss text, recycled 1 O percent pew. ○ Winter Calendar Issue: Interior pages of calendar issue is 60 # No. 3 grade gloss text stock, recycled 1 o pew. Cover will 80# gloss coated cover stock recycled No. 3 grade, 1 O pew. A representative from the DNR may opt to press check this project. If it is decided a press check will be required the DNR will work with the vendor to schedule a date and time for the press check. There is a separate line item for the cost to press check, if there is a cost. The DNR will be responsible for all of their travel and accommodation expenses. Bidders are to give the cost of alterations/author changes in a per page cost.
