A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and required materials to service and repair various types of HVAC equipment at various facilities owned or operated by the City on an as-needed basis. This service shall include emergency coverage on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis. B. General Instruction: Contractor shall supply, deliver, and perform services necessary to complete all HVAC repairs and services on an as-needed basis. This service may include, but is not limited to, installation and repair of but not limited to boilers, both high and low pressure, forced air heating systems, air conditioning systems, pumps and pump starters, cooling towers, air handlers, geothermal systems, ammonia-based chiller/ice making equipment, and chilled beam systems.
