The selected vendor shall deliver a comprehensive, cloud-based platform that includes: 1. Program Management & Property Operations: a. Full administration of HCV, PBV, and specialty vouchers (e.g., HUD-VASH, FUP, FSS) b. Property management features for 110 units, including rent tracking, lease management, and maintenance workflows Tenant and landlord portals for improved communication and document handling 2. Implementation & Data Migration: a. Secure transfer of all current HCV and property data b. Configuration to match PHA workflows, security protocols, and staff roles 3. Training & Ongoing Support: a. Staff training by user role (HCV, property management, admin) b. Ongoing access to customer support, system updates, and troubleshooting 4. Compliance & Reporting: a. Automated generation and submission of HUD 50058 forms and VMS reports Real-time compliance tracking for inspections, re-certifications, and eligibility Integration with HUD systems including PIC-NG/IMS 5. Maintenance & Work Order Management: a. Service request portal for tenants b. Internal tracking for staff assignments, response times, and vendor coordination
