Implementation & Data Migration: a. Secure transfer of all current HCV and property data b. Configuration to match PHA workflows, security protocols, and staff roles 3. Training & Ongoing Support: a. Staff training by user role (HCV, property management, admin) b. Ongoing access to customer support, system updates, and troubleshooting 4. Compliance & Reporting: a. Automated generation and submission of HUD 50058 forms and VMS reports Real-time compliance tracking for inspections, re-certifications, and eligibility Integration with HUD systems including PIC-NG/IMS 5.
