All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Full service maintenance and repair. B. Rates quoted in proposals shall remain in effect for the length of the contract period. C. Carts are to be clean and in good working order when delivered. D. Lease Payments: will be 6 equal payments per season; May, June, July, Aug, Sep, Oct Payments E. New 2023 model carts. A. Alternate bids can include used models or purchase options. An alternate in your proposal for the used models will be considered, if the vendor will guarantee all carts will be in good physical and mechanical condition when delivered each year. Specify in the proposal unit age and optional pricing. If alternate proposal is accepted and later model carts are found to be in less than good condition (physically or mechanically), the City reserves the right to request replacement carts immediately.
