Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Dumpsters Description: Contractor shall deliver eight (8) 1.5-yard dumpsters that are empty, clean, and in good working order. Dumpsters shall remain on site until contract expires or is terminated. Dumpsters shall be delivered to the following locations ● Two (2) at the Office ● Two (2) at the Lodge ● Two (2) at the Campground ● One (1) at the Pammel Shelter ● One (1) at Wahkaw shelter This Task will be completed once on 4/15/23. Task 2: Summer Collection Description: Contractor shall empty all five (5) dumpsters once a week until road closes. This Task will be completed once per week on Wednesdays between the hours of 7AM and 6PM. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the contractor from collecting waste on the designated day, the contractor shall collect the waste as soon as possible thereafter. Task 3: Winter Collection (On Call) Description: Contractor shall empty one (1) dumpster located at the park office as needed once roads through the park close. The DNR anticipates that on-call service will not exceed four pick-ups. DNR staff will call to switch to winter collection. This Task will be completed after a 48-hour notice from the DNR. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the contractor from collecting waste on the designated day, the contractor shall collect the waste as soon as possible thereafter. Task 4: Holiday Collection: Description: Contractor shall provide extra waste collection services if requested by the DNR for the following holidays: - Memorial Day - Juneteenth - July 4th - Labor Day Holiday collection, if needed, shall be completed as agreed to by the DNR Project Manager and the Contractor during the holiday weeks listed. Collection shall be between the hours of 7AM and 6PM Holiday collection, as requested by the DNR, shall include the two (2) dumpsters at the office, two (2) dumpsters at the lodge, two (2) dumpsters at the campground, one (1) dumpster at Pammel Shelter, and one (1) dumpster at Wahkaw shelter. Task 5: On Call Services Description: In the event of higher than normal garbage volumes, natural disaster, or other various emergencies, the DNR would like to be able to request additional pickups as needed.
